To Study for next Meeting

• The next meeting will be on Sunday, the 14th at 6:30. We'll meet at our (Josh & Abby's) house. I'll post directions in the near future :)
• We'll be discussing the first Chapter of the book God is the Gospel by John Piper. We are also going to begin our study of 2 Corinthians. So there are 2 things to do before this study
  

1. Read 1st chapter in God is the Gospel.
2. Find out as much back ground information as you can on 2 Corinthians.
* i.e., who wrote, why he wrote it, who he wrote it to, etc.

3. Read as much of 2 Corinthians as you can to get an overview of book.

Just do you best you can on these. I know this is a lot to do in the next two weeks, but it will help lay a foundation for our study.

Purpose Of Blog

Hi All! The purpose of this blog is to provide general information about the Bible study (i.e. where, when... what we are studying... etc.) It might also become an interesting forum to discuss beyond our meetings, but we'll let that happen on it's own.
